THE UNITS WE HAVE OUR OWN AND THE ASSOTIATION
We have our own factory situated at Narayanganj having ultra modern fabric dyeing , fabric knitting and cutting-sewing-finishing units an here we can produce 18,000 dozen per month Basic-t-shirts and 06,000 Dz. basic polo/sweat shirt. There are seven more knit factories , two print and one Embroidery factory we have in our Association. We have new collection all kinds of stone print, foil print, sequence print, print with handicraft etc.
Adept Tex BD just don’t export the garment it creates the garment and then export.

OPERATING SYSTEM
Adept Tex BD is a buying and managing house for ready-made garment. In addition Adept Tex BD also include wide and reliable Network of factories (both specialist and general).We have access to various suppliers for all type of fabric and accessories of high quality. Thus, we are able to process all types of order in knit starting from procurement of materials, Manufacturing to export of the finished garments.
HOW WE WORK
We correspond with overseas Buyers. Buyers provide with either samples or specifications as per their requirement and we produce counter samples for approval. Upon approval, payment quotation approved based on negotiations between both partners in a win-win perspective. After confirmation of offers based on specified samples, Every offer comes with the given Information on samples and ensure smooth delivery within fixed timeframe.
QUALITY CONTROLLING
After placing the order we take the approval the samples ( style, size sets, Fabrics, Color Lab, accessories, production samples then go for production ) and after receiving the L/C from our honorable buyer’s we go to fabric Production and there we provide one Q.C specially for checking the quality of fabric and when The bulk production of garment start then we provide one Q.C specially to check the garments Quality in line of the production to avoid cutting, sewing and finishing section’s problems, there Is a quality manager who takes the regular positions of the factory physically for this we can gain good quality garment and scheduled shipment. If our honorable customers want we are Ready to accept any third party inspection like M/S.SGS Bangladesh, M/S. BUREAU VARITAS, ITS etc. or the honorable buyer’s self-inspection.
